At Bernstein, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home furnishings; if an item doesn't perfectly fit your space, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. All returned items must be in their original condition and packaging to ensure a smooth processing experience.
Initiate Your Return
Log into your Bernstein account and select the order containing the items you wish to return to generate a Return Authorization number.
Package with Care
Place the items back in their original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all hardware and assembly instructions are included to prevent damage during transit.
Affix the Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided in your email and securely attach it to the outside of your package, covering any previous delivery markings.
Drop Off and Track
Deliver your package to the nearest authorized carrier location; once our warehouse inspects the items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
